Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Chappaqua, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Membrane Flat Roof Repair credentials cover commercial licensing requirements across Chappaqua, NY.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.
